My wife met with the lady doing cabinet designs on a few occasions trying to narrow down what we needed vs. what we wanted and in the end what we could afford for this project. I myself went in with her and sat down the final meeting we had with the associate on the cabinet design and layout. She was to finish up the design the following day and send it to us or call us letting us know it was done and have a final quote together. Well..... its been 4 weeks and not only have we no seen the quote, we have not had one phone call or email from Lowes or the associate regarding the kitchen cabinets. Shame on you for providing such poor customer service and not following thru. We wont make the mistake of trying to use you again and have since ordered our kitchen ELSEWHERE!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
