We found a nutcracker card fair and square, The unbelievable rude employee( wish I got her name) proceeded to tell us we were unable to redeem it. We gave the card to another shopper to redeem it for us. The employee proceeded to tell the other shoppers to not give it to us. Their attitude was unprofessional and they didn’t seem to listen or try to help resolve the issue. It made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. I hope the store can provide better training to improve customer service in the future.

We asked the young blonde girl in the back with a World Marker badge on where we could find the beignet mix and she had no idea. I asked her again if they didn't have it or she didn't know where it is and she says, "no we don't have it." Found it myself 5 minutes later. Not sure why they pay people to stand around and use their phone.

I was trying to do an Amazon return but got confused between stores (a visitor on a highly pressured, exhausting trip is my excuse :-) ). They went above and beyond in not only kindly explaining that they don't do Amazon returns, but also directing me to stores that did. Thank you.
