- CCchen chen1 day ago1.0I placed an order for windows and doors on January 27, 2026. On March 1, I was notified that delivery would be on March 4, but it never arrived. Then on March 11, I was told it would be delivered on March 14, but again, no delivery was made. This morning, March 18, after I went to the store to inquire about the delivery schedule, I received an email at 10:21 AM stating that delivery would be on March 19. Shortly after, at 10:44 AM, I received another email saying it had been changed again to March 23. I truly do not understand how you can treat a loyal customer this way. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
