    It’s more of a policy issue overall with Lowe’s than this specific location but nonetheless it’s an issue. I had a $4 item that I purchased less than 30days ago at another store (unfortunately with cash) and lost the receipt. They said without the receipt and no way to pull it up on my My Lowe’s account (which I am Gold Member who spent over $5,000 with over the prior year) they said there is nothing they could do. Fine… I guess. I will keep the $4 item. I used the last “MyRewards” that I had in my account and will officially not return to Lowes. It’s just not worth the headache. I suppose they don’t offer store credit due to theft, but it’s a minor $4, which I literally would have given back to them minutes later AND they would have a product they would get back in their inventory to sell. Goodbye Blue… sticking with Orange for here on out.

    We are developing plans for a kitchen remodeling project and Matthew has been superb from several perspectives! Not only has he listened to our suggestions and questions, but has provided wonderful insights on the various pros and cons. He used his software to develop a 3D plan, which then enable us to interchange countertop and cabinet options. He has been very patient, kind and knowledgeable!!!

    Love this store! I drive extra 20 mins to come here. Shoutout to Daniel, Nathen, Sophia, Crystal they go above and beyond to help you out! everyone is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back 👍🏽

    I've been going to this Lowe's for close to 20 years and overall I think it's a good store. Every now and then I run into a "that's not my job" type mentality with one of the employees however, that's rare. I usually have a pleasant experience when I need help however, it is rare that I need help. I usually know what I need, go in and grab it, use self checkout and go. The one thing they can never seem to get right is the online order pickups. I have never had a good experience at this location with picking up an online order. Every time I show up to pick up an order I have to wait and usually hunt someone down for help. The people at the returns desk, right in front of the pickup area, are usually no help with what's going on. I go to other Lowe's and this doesn't seem to happen.
