However, when it comes to buying parts, if your brand isn't one of the few they stock they seem in a hurry to dismiss you and send you else where, even if they do have something that will work for you. So I've stopped asking questions and just say I'm browsing so I can find what i need. The prices for accessories seem excessively high for the same brands you see in all retailers.
