Getting an update on the status and finding out when it would be ready took over 25 minutes. Lots of AI robots on the phone not helping, sending me through the same conversation over and over. And lots of time on hold waiting for answers, but nobody ever responded. Trying to find out on the website is literally painful. Every screen I had to have them call me with a code to view my order, and I just wanted an ETA. All it could tell me was "not ready for pick up." How can I plan my day and my projects when we have no clue when my supplies will be ready? Time is money and I've wasted a LOT of both on Lowe's today. It's well over an hour late to get my order, not to mention all the time I've wasted online and on the phone trying to get an answer. There are so many robots that don't know and if they employed one smart human to help on the phone, I'd actually have an answer.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
