I asked her if she could help me and she stated that she did not work this that department. I waited for 15 min and no one showed up. I wonder what lowes actually does for the customer. You pick your products yourself you scan and bag your products while being watched like a thief. I left and went to Rhineharts and saved 10.00 on the same trimmer.
