- CCcastings clothesFeb 27, 20261.0I would absolutely NOT get a credit card with this store. For one thing the customer service on the credit card are complete inept and are liars will say they are making notes tis went on for months. Then they lower credit or close accounts. Now, in addition I bought a washer, found out the specs were same as one at other stores including home depot for almost 300 less at those other stores!. the delivery person refused to hook the appliance up and left. This experience with this Lowes credit had been the worse horrible experience as far as a credit line Never ever get a card with that company. In addition they hire horrible moody vindictive unprofessional and dishonest representatives including supervisors and account specialist in thier credit departments (online). Just horrible you have been warned to stay away from thier credit trap! They will make it worse than if you never had gotten credit with them, again to deal with the credit department was nightmare!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
