Biggest complaint is lack of empathy and understanding for how a store mistake affects their "customers". Had an order cancelled with no explanation or possible solution discussed. Had to call and talk to three different people on the phone to finally get an explanation for the reason of the cancelation. Even then there was no owning their mistake. Customer service was not a top priority and I defiantly felt my place of being 1 lowly customer to this big corporation.

This is a great small town Lowe’s. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. I have to give a shout out to two wonderful associates that helped us this evening in the Christmas displays. Sonya and Jose. They were absolutely amazing. Sonya literally laid on the floor looking for inventory up under the shelf’s. Jose didn’t hesitate to grab the man lift and get inventory from the top shelves. I sincerely hope some manager somewhere sees this review and rewards them both. They certainly deserve it. They didn’t only go above and beyond for us either. There was other customers and they were attended to with just as much diligence as we were. Jordi at checkout was wonderful too! Very patient as my husband had left his wallet in the car! Thanks all…we appreciate you!!!

Went to return a board..some bags of concrete and a few other things and it was a total disaster in this store! !! The return line was almost out the door ...
Asked a lowes employee where the manager was and was told " oh he is probably eatin' somewhere" The older lady behind the counter was trying her best but she definitely needed help! We ended up leaving what we brought in to return cause it just wasn't worth the hassle!!! DO BETTER LOWES!!!

Unless you beg someone to help you as soon as you walk in your not getting any!!! Younger girl in front was no help I literally had to yell does anybody work here!!! Still I had go and search for someone to talk about the supplies I was looking for! Steve from NYC offered up his knowledge and experience with our project. He was the only reason we didn't just walk away and go to Home Depot, where they help you choose products and actually load your buggy instore & the outside to your vehicle. This place has the laziest employees that always seems o be bothered by you as son as you ask a question. I will drive the extra miles to avoid coming her if I can.
