He refused to help us solve our issues and would not allow us to talk to another assistant manger or his manager. He is more concerned with the profits of the store than taking care of the customers. Where else can you go? Places like this and Walmart have put almost all of the hardware stores out of buisness. Go to the hardware store in stanley or the one in Dallas if you need something and would rather support your neighbors instead of huge multibillion dollar corporations. It might cost a little more, but with the service, selection, and kharma points, it is well worth it

Had an order cancelled with no explanation or possible solution discussed. Had to call and talk to three different people on the phone to finally get an explanation for the reason of the cancelation. Even then there was no owning their mistake. Customer service was not a top priority and I defiantly felt my place of being 1 lowly customer to this big corporation.
