Zack and all associates did an excellent job today. It was way busier than usual, and everyone helped to get my order together, which was a large purchase. The manager on duty was awesome, wish I could remember his name. Everyone in the garding center was great

I give my highest recommendation to any potential customer to stay away from this Lowes store. They are absolutely clueless and you should not trust anything that they say. It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone. The store manager never answered my calls and never returned my calls. I made an online order of approximately $5,700 on April 1. Lowe’s scheduled my delivery for April 17 between 1 and 5 pm. So I took a day off of work and then drove 2.5 hours to the location where the items would be delivered. I waited and waited. It got to be around 3:00 pm so I called Lowe’s to see if my delivery was coming. The Lowe’s representative assured me that it was still coming. Later, I got a message that said my order would not be delivered today. I made multiple attempts to call Lowe’s to see what the story was. I was placed on a never ending hold. No one knew how to help me or would even try to help me. Absolutely unacceptable—and I will never step foot in another Lowe’s again. I give my highest recommendation to stay away from Lowe’s! Fast forward to the next week where I rescheduled my delivery. I have not received any communication at all. Who knows if my delivery will come tomorrow or not. Keep digging that hole Lowes!

I will never order from this store again. I paid a whopping shipping fee only to receive 3 $ 80 trees that look like something out of a Charlie Brown Christmas. This store is poorly managed. Most of the remaining items I have to pick up because they bocthed my $4000 order.

I bought over a thousand dollars worth of stainmaster bittersweet Hickory, item number 5460369 at Lowe's in Lexington North Carolina in August. Installed it in my living room in one end of my house with intention to do the rest of the house a few months later. That would include my dining room den and three bedrooms and Hall. I had two full boxes and a partial box left over from doing the living room. I started looking at buying some more to go ahead and start on the other end of the house that was not connected to the living room. My living room is divided from the rest of the house by my kitchen. And I noticed that the flooring had been discontinued. When I was looking at the flooring to select initially I made sure that the flooring I picked was on the display board in the store that way I felt safe that it would not be discontinued anytime soon and I would be able to complete my project. I took the two full boxes and the transition strip that I bought back to the store I bought it at. They were able to look up my My Lowe's account, and verify that I indeed did buy this flooring at that store. When I explained that I wanted to return it because I could no longer buy enough to complete my project on the other end of my house I was initially told that they would approve the return. Then the one of the front desk employees contacted the store manager apparently and the store manager decided not to do the refund because I had bought it more than 90 days ago. So first they told me they were going to refund it, then the store manager decided not to. I asked if the store manager was present in the store and was told yes. I then asked if I could speak to the store manager. Keep in mind that stainmaster is a Lowe's exclusive brand and they would be able to send discontinued flooring back to the manufacturer with little issue I believe since it is a Lowe's exclusive flooring. After waiting a few minutes for the store manager, I was then told that the store manager was not in the store. I guess he just did not want to talk to me face to face to explain to me why he could not give me a refund for two boxes of flooring that I now could not use. This is poor customer service. It would be different if I had bought the flooring on Facebook marketplace and tried to make a return to Lowe's. What they had done is lost out on another $5,000 worth of flooring sales, because that is the estimated cost that I have made for me to continue and finish my project. Now I have to try to find a flooring that will as closely as possible match what I have already installed in my living room. Thankfully the rest of the house is separated by my kitchen and maybe it will not be noticeable. Also I will not be buying this flooring at Lowe's. I will go to home Depot and find something that closely matches as best as possible and I will spend my $5,000 there.
