You have been warned not to use the person named Rebel in the pro desk or cabinetry. I am a contractor locally here in lenoir. I would strongly advise not using Rebel at the pro desk. Or at the cabinetry division. She thoroughly screwed up my customer's order by poor design. She is absolutely not a cabinetry designer. But yet claimed to be to my customer. I had my customer go in and get what they wanted and half of the order was wrong. And this woman doesn't even know what a blind corner is for cabinetry. Her measurement on the cabinets were off by almost 7 in. Therefore originally making the sink cabinet very off center to the window. Not to mention multiple back and forth times. And then again this morning when I went to pick up a reorder because of something she screwed up on she did not have things ready and gave the picker just a last name and not the actual order number. Therefore delaying my pickup time which should have been 20 minutes maybe to well over an hour. The poor girl who had to go pick the cabinets was confused by the lack of direction from Rebel She has wasted more time and money on this project causing over a month delay. By her original poor design. All the reorders we had to do because of her mess ups. And now again today not to mention her very crappy attitude when she screwed up the pickup of this delivery. The best part of all you ask? That Rebel did not once again even apologize for her screw ups. Basically shrugged me off and said oh well I didn't have to get your cabinet delivery here to the pro desk you could have picked it up from the front area. Thanks for your outstanding customer service! I would say more but this is a public forum.

I could choose Hickory or Lenoir location ; but my choice is Lenoir. This Lowe's staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Jason and Donna in appliances go beyond top notch care to offer their knowledge of "your" needs. Great customer care here! Very good experience shopping for a washer and the delivery people did a good job too!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
