Sooo, after calling the universal customer service, Kay was nice also BUT could not help due to the 'Deliverer' had not picked up the order yet. I then went to the Lenior Lowe's store 28miles away, at 4:15pm. Heather at customer service, got my order from the locker, apologized. She was very friendly too. 28-miles back. I didn't get refunded for delivery fee. AND, later I got an email stating my order was "Delivered"! NO, Me/Myself and I picked it up! We have been a customer with Lowe's over 20years, highly Disappointed.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
