  DR Horton hired Bloomin' Crazy Nursery to remediate drainage issues in my development. Kenny was on site at first and stated my yard would look better than ever and noted he would be available from start to finish. Good thing I did not believe him. His employees worked hard although not very considerate. One parked a big truck completely blocking my driveway. Another turned on the hose sometime on a Friday and did not turn it off. As I was not home much on Saturday, it was 10 AM Sunday when I noticed water running down into the stormwater drain at the back of my yard. A DR Horton representative said Kenny would pay for the water, but Kenny has had my June and July bills for over 4 weeks, and I, a senior citizen on a fixed income, have not seen a penny. As my screened porch became dusty and dirty from the equipment whizzing by and creating a dust storm, Kenny assured me my porch would be cleaned. After a month of waiting for Kenny (and yes, they were still in my neighborhood working in other yards), I finally hired someone who was able to climb a ladder to clean the windows and get to other areas I am unable to access due to health issues. The screens are still dirty and will stay that way until the house gets power washed next spring. I never saw Kenny when the project was completed. No way would I ever hire this company.

  Bloomin crazy did a fantastic job with my new landscaping! My husband and I just bought our first home and we wanted to redo our landscaping. We had no idea what we were looking but Wendy came over and did a walk through with us and provided us with a comprehensive plan. The day of install, Wendy was there guiding the team and checking in with us. She was fantastic and really went above and beyond! We are thrilled with our new landscaping and can’t wait to see everything fully bloomed over the next few years

  Always great customer service. They have great quality trees and shrubs. I purchased a Weeping Willow one year ago and it is thriving!

  Excellent customer service and care, they actually make you want to come back and buy more things. Breanna and Tommy were very friendly and helpful. Will come back again!🤍
