- MDMelvin Deal3 days ago3.0It's a shame when you have to show a Lowe's employee, at the physical location, on your phone, even though you give them the Lowe's item number, that they do in fact have the item for sale through shipping... Because they can't find it using their own technology in the store. So much for Lowe's pros.
- JJJenniferMar 20, 20261.0I recently had a frustrating experience returning paint at Lowe’s. I ordered two cans of a specific color, but when I got home and opened one, I saw it was a completely different color than what I ordered. I tried it on my wall thinking maybe it would dry different, it didn't. When I tried to return both cans, I was only refunded for the unopened one. How else was I supposed to know it was the wrong color without opening it? The paint manager, who mixed the paint herself, acted like she wasn’t sure if she did it—there was no “maybe,” she definitely did. On top of that, she had an attitude the whole time, as did the lady at returns. The return desk woman acted like they never take back custom paint, but there was literally a cart full of discounted returned paint for sale right at the counter. I knew that, but apparently their own employee didn’t! Lowe’s really needs to train their staff better. Overall, I left feeling pretty disappointed and frustrated. DON'T BUY PAINT FROM LOWES GO TO SHERWIN WILLIAMS!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
