I have been shopping at the Laurinburg location for almost a year. The customer service is poor. They either don’t have the staff or the staff is rude. The staff stands in your back pocket at self checkout making one fell as if they are not wanted or have ‘thief ‘ written on their forehead. Customer has to wait until certain times of the day to get lumber cut. From now on I will drive to the Rockingham location for my home project needs.

Great customer service experience. Ms. Lashaun in flooring went out of her way to get me the amount of tile I needed. She contacted several other Lowe’s stores to find us the tiles & made sure they were at the Laurinburg location when we picked them up. Very appreciative of her effort to help!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
