Honestly the worst managed store of any kind that I have returned to. I would go elsewhere if there was any other choice in this town… I sometimes drive fifteen or twenty miles to the next nearest Lowes just so I don’t have to deal with the aggravation. Lumber is NEVER where the app says it will be, and if you shop for lumber at the end of the day like I do, the shelves are often empty, or have all the crap others have picked over all day. If I come in the morning, I often cant get a lumber cart because half the carts have abandoned orders all over the lumber department. It’s frustrating to be waiting in line with six lumber carts ahead, four associates doing nothing at the PRO counter while one checkout line is open. Ive tried to order lumber through the PRO desk but they picked crap that I won’t use. All in all, the management at this store disrespects my time and i would go somewhere else a d spend more if there were only another choice.
