Terrible customer service at this store! On two occasions I went in to the store and was met with the same woman at self checkout. I scanned my items but it was ringing up more in store than it was showing online. When I said excuse me she said “what” in a rude tone as if I was bothering her. I showed her the item and asked if they price matched and without even looking just told me I need to purchase it online. So I said ok and left. Well I went back the next day because I realized I was given an “in store credit” for an item I returned although I used a gift card on my original purchase and I could not use the in store credit to make the purchase online. I went back to get the item and asked the woman to get a manager this time and she told me I needed to purchase it online so I showed her on their website where it says they price matched and even verified with their 800 customer Service number that they do price match. But they still wouldn’t price match it for me. Moral of the story they are lazy and do not want to do their jobs. They are rude and dismissive.

I'll start by saying I am at this Lowe's way too much. Recently I was buying plants and the cashier accidentally charged me for 7 hydrangeas instead of the little filler flowers I got (HUGE price difference, $20/plant) but I didn't notice until I was on my way home. I went back and spoke with Patrick and he got me sorted right away. I work in customer service and it can be so draining that when I receive poor customer service, I usually don't even get mad because people can be terrible. Patrick and the entire team (even the cashier, it was an honest mistake) made me feel supported and not like an annoyance which is rare these days. Thank you all so much!

Returning paint wouldn’t take, said half full - return was a manufacturer issue- very loose ( wouldn’t hold on trim brush) and two coats on 90 square feet took almost a half gallon. Then paint broke in two days having to mix- just thought it was mixed wrong at first ( not enough) was missing elements in the base- primer additive was missing and another to make such a loose paint. Initial girl up front was empathetic and understanding- Tina was rude and didn’t even open can - just insisted it’s half full and not taking back , I asked for general manager number name- she didn’t know.. it’s a bad product regardless of whose at fault, and it cost me time and money. Worse group of people mixed in with some of the nicest. Corporate should be involved and more calls to make.
