    I am beyond frustrated. I ordered an electric glass top range with downdraft. I waited 2 weeks to receive delivery and installation. When they arrive and open all packaging they were so confused and said "we dont know how to hook it up," So called the lowes delivery and they were very nice and apologetic and scheduled another appointment. They came yesterday and again says they dont know how to connect the range. I called my local store and was told I had 2 options. 1 : I could pay someone to connect it. 2: have it picked up and receive a refund. I opted option 2. They will pick it up today. I dislike writing this, They took my old stove , now , I have no stove.

    When I say run as fast as you can in the opposite direction, I mean that. Do NOT purchase a blinds installation or purchase blinds that need to be cut here. Terrible experience all the way through. Still don’t have blinds installed after waiting a month after I ordered. They only have one installer for my area and he has a medical condition and had one the last time he came to install and their solution is getting the same installer out and I have to wait two weeks for that to happen.

    Ordered a washer and dryer, said it would be ready for pickup within 3 hours... 3 days later I try to call the store to find out the status, called a dozen times to either get hung up on immediately, the phone not answered at all, or someone answered, asked me what I needed, then left me on hold until the call dropped off. Pretty terrible service experience if you ask me, especially when purchasing large appliances! Called their 800 number and they verified the items listed were supposed to be ready in 3 hours and there was inventory in the store. I've lost confidence in purchasing from Lowe's at this point. If I've got this large or an issue just trying to get the item, what will happen if I need help from the store for a warranty or other post purchase issues? If you can avoid shopping here I would.
