I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I received today at the Lowe’s Home Improvement location in Knightdale, North Carolina, specifically in the paint department. I have been a loyal Lowe’s customer for over five years and regularly rely on Lowe’s as a trusted vendor for my business, serving high-profile clientele. Because of that, I expect a certain level of professionalism and basic customer care—neither of which were demonstrated today. The request itself was simple: a paint match and a specific color selection for a client. Instead of taking the time to explain the process or educate the customer, Hannah, who works in the paint department, responded with a nasty, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. There was no effort to assist, guide, or problem-solve—only irritation and disrespect. To make matters worse, she made a point to state her name—“Hannah”—in a sarcastic, condescending manner, as if accountability was an inconvenience rather than part of her role. While she was not physically aggressive, her tone, demeanor, and overall conduct were rude, arrogant, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing position. If providing basic customer service and education is an issue, then working in customer service may not be the appropriate role. Employees are a direct reflection of the brand, and today’s interaction reflected very poorly on this location. Due to this experience, I will no longer patronize the Knightdale Lowe’s. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter, as this is not the level of service long-term or business customers should receive.

Entered my code into the system for my pick up. Waited approximately 15 minutes. Enter my Code again. i had to go find someone to get my pick up. At this point I could have probably went and found the products myself on the shelf. just your standard Lowe's operating procedure.

Stopped by today looking for some Kerosene. Lawm & Garden is where I ended up and I ran to an Employee by the Name of Antonio and asked for assistance. He whooped out his pocket computer and said Aisle 4, Lets Go!! He escorted me to aisle 4 bin 25....EMPTY! Antonio said "NO WAY. Computer says we have them. Stay right here, Ill be back." In a few minutes Antonio came back with help. (I did not get Employee #2s name). They both searched high and low all over the store. After approx. 15 minutes I see Antonio round a corner with a box. He found what I was looking for. I then asked if there was any more and without hesitation, he went and got a lift and got another case of some far away top shelf. The whole ordeal took about 25 minutes beginning to end I am extremely grateful to have crossed paths with Antonio today. Never once did I feel like I was interrupting him or an inconvenience. Not only did I get what I went there for but I met a very pleasant person. Antonio needs to be recognized and commended on his exceptional customer service. If I need assistance in the future, I will take a lap around the store and try and locate him.

I absolutely despise this place but unfortunately it’s the closest store to me. I’ve had more problems here than I can even list. Online orders are NEVER ready so what’s the point in having them? I’ve ordered small things I could go in and get myself in 5 minutes but they can’t get it done in a day. Customer service had gone out the window. Supposedly 10 ppl called out today. Sounds like you guys need some corporate restructuring. The further we get into the future the worse things get. This is supposed to make things easier for the customer but it’s a real pain in the butt to show up after getting a “your order is ready text” sitting in the parking space. AI checks you in and says an associate will be right out. 26 minutes later NOTHING . Absolutely unacceptable . Do better. This brand has to really gone downhill

This is late, but I have to give a huge shoutout to the Knightdale Lowes. I have done business with many Lowes, but I the Lowes in Knightdale, NC, is number 1 in my book. Everyone is very helpful ano friendly. I came in needing to get tiles for my fireplace. I met a fantastic salesperson by the name of Aparna. The tile that I came in for was on backorder. I couldn't wait because my contractor was ready to do the job in a couple of days. After speaking with Aparna, she gave me another way to design the fireplace. She saw pictures of my fireplace and felt her idea would work. I listened to her, and I liked her idea, but I had to check with my wife first. I went home to tell my wife the plan. She was interested and wanted to go back to speak with Aparna. My wife loved the plan. Aparna did a great job in upseling us. Most of the items were in stock, but one item that we needed was not. Aparna worked hard in trying to locate the piece needed and got her manager, Gwen, involved. It was late, and they asked if 1 could come in the next day in hopes there would be a change in the system. Aparna said she wouldn't be in, but I should speak with her husband Raj, who also works there. Raj was just as awesome as Aparna. He worked diligently in trying to get the items. Raj made it happen. They all made mine and my wife's day. The fireplace turned out even better than originally planned. I can't say enough good things about Aparna, Raj, and Gwen the manager. Knightdale Lowes will take care of you.
