    I have such mixed feelings about Lowe's. Right now I am mad as hell and have to vent. I am currently on hold for my local store's appliance department - for 20 minutes so far. And this is typical. I swear Lowe's has absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. And I say that as a former employee (P/T 0ver 10 years ago). It is nearly impossible to get a human on the phone, and trying to get an intelligent answer out of someone in the store is not much easier. I have so many stories I could tell. I don't get it - I am TRYING to buy something from you! I am TRYING to give you money! And you people can't be bothered to even answer the phone! And yet I keep coming back, partly out of some kind of delusional loyalty as a past employee, I guess. (Up to 25 minutes on hold now btw.) Oh, and also...just trying to get an actual human being on the phone is a challenge in itself. You have to hack your way through the stupid AI "assistant" which is as useless as most of the employees. Lowe's really needs to step up its game. I have about had it. There have to be better alternatives out there. I guess I'll go spend my money at Home Depot. (27 minutes on hold and still no answer.)

    The Men’s Bathroom Needs To Me Cleaned And It’s No Lock On The Stall Door The one in the middle I believe that was the only stall left available to use and I had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom which caused yall to loose out on money

    I have come here on many different occasions throughout the years and every time I have needed assistance in the wood cutting area the saw is “broken”. I can understand this once, but every time? For months and years? It sounds like the McDonalds ice cream machine! It seems lazy/poorly managed. I would recommend the Knightdale Home Depot for actual help, or maybe a Lowe’s owned by somebody else.

    The extremely professional and kind attitude from our associate Ryan, made the shopping experience an unforgettable one. Walking that extra mile with every single question we asked, he showed that he really cares about customer satisfaction, displaying a perfect set of customer service skills that you don’t see to often these days.     I don't like leaving bad reviews but I felt I needed to leave this one. We did a curbside pickup. We showed up and no one ever came out. My husband had to go in and when he did, the person that he spoke with was very rude to him and walked off. So then I went in and the next person was very helpful but I didn't understand the rudeness from the first one. I have been to this particular store before and never had any issues until today. I have an injured foot and did curbside because it's not easy to walk. We checked in on the app. No one came out. And we had to go in. There was no excuse for that type of rudeness. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review
