Pro 1 doesnt try to oversell us, which we very much appreciate. We dont want extra chemicals inside the home and also realize, they were here first. Just trying to keep everyone comfortable. We had our shed treated for a massive nest a few weeks prior and had just a couple sticking around. As im allergic, I gave them a call, and asked for the same tech, Lee Riggs. He's been the best technician we've found with the company so far. Lee checked our service history and found we were pretty close to our quarterly date and managed to squeeze us in on the same day for that service as well. I really appreciated how he managed his time. The ferry was closed not allowing him to do other jobs he might have done, so he filled his time. Never in my life did I think I would use a pest control company. Super glad to ha e found this company and worked through until we found a technician I can count on.

For most treatments, you can stay in your home. However, for certain treatments, we may recommend that you vacate the premises for a few hours to allow for proper ventilation. At the time of scheduling your appointment, we will inform you in advance of any necessary preparations you need to make for your convenience.
Is the pest control treatment pet-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize the safety of our clients and their pets. We use only EPA-approved chemicals that are known to be safe for residential use. However, if you have pets, we do ask that you keep them away from the treated area until the chemical has fully dried. This typically takes around 15 minutes. Once the chemical is dry, it is safe for your pets to return.
