Pro1 does my quarterly pest spray. They are always very responsive and easy to schedule and work with. Shaq was the most recent technician to come out and he was quick and communicated well. I have also used them for multiple pest inspections during real estate transactions.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pro 1 Pest Control
Do I need to leave my home during the pest control treatment?
For most treatments, you can stay in your home. However, for certain treatments, we may recommend that you vacate the premises for a few hours to allow for proper ventilation. At the time of scheduling your appointment, we will inform you in advance of any necessary preparations you need to make for your convenience.
Is the pest control treatment pet-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize the safety of our clients and their pets. We use only EPA-approved chemicals that are known to be safe for residential use. Our technicians are registered and trained to apply these chemicals correctly, ensuring maximum effectiveness and minimal risk. However, if you have pets, we do ask that you keep them away from the treated area until the chemical has fully dried. This typically takes around 15 minutes. Once the chemical is dry, it is safe for your pets to return.
Will there be a strong odor after the treatment?
We understand that strong odors can be unpleasant, which is why we pay extra to use chemicals with little to no smell.
Why should I invest in an Annual Termite Inspection?
Termites can cause significant damage, with the average cost of repair reaching $8,000. In the US alone, termites cause over $5 billion in damage each year. Catching termite damage early can save you from costly repairs down the line. We strongly recommend that homeowners invest in an annual termite inspection to prevent and catch any termite damage early.
Will one spray get rid of the pest problem?
Pest control is not a one-time fix. While sometimes one spray can take care of the issue, recurring services are often needed to be proactive in preventing future infestations. Our team will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that fits your needs and budget.
