I was miss lead to open a pro account to get interest free financing when it turns out I should have opened the other credit card they offered. The assistant store manager that helped find a resolution was fantastic along with the flooring manager. I am happy with the service they provided and that they were able to help ease the frustration i originally had. That store manager is lucky to have that type of management running their store!

I went to management to state my complaint against Pam, and they were useless. Never in my life have I ever had a cashier or any store employee speak to me as she did,, outright criticize and yell at me on two separate visits. She clearly hates her job and would prefer to sit and text on her cell than serve customers. It is unacceptable. I called Lowes customer service complaint center and never heard back. I will take all my future business to Home Depot in Kitty Hawk. They have better sales and much better cashiers and management. The management and cashiers at Home Depot are professional and pleasant and helpful always. This Lowes is a joke. Suggest if you want friendly and helpful service and often better sales that you go to Home Depot instead..
