  After patiently, waiting for a part for our refrigerator, through No fault Of GH appliance, We finally have our refrigerator fixed. Excellent service, excellent response, excellent people, cannot say anything better.

  So impressed with the professional service I received from Mathew Parsons! He found the issue by thoroughly investigating my washer which was a difficult to access place. He was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and answered all my questions. I have been a kitchen designer on the Outer Banks for nearly 25 years, I am glad to have GH Appliances and Mathew Parsons as a resource I can recommend to my contractors and clients. So happy I called GH Appliance Repair.

  The experience we have had with GH Appliance Repair has been excellent from the moment we contacted the company until the present. The technician they sent to us, Matthew, is very competent, a great communicator, a problem solver, a hard worker, and a customer-focused professional. It’s not been an easy fix of our 25 year old Viking gas cooktop that basically only needed a new spark module. A few of the threaded parts allowing access to the module had fused together. Matthew did not take the path of least resistance in loosening those fused parts (eg. cutting them out) Rather, he worked at it with brute strength until they released. The module was then replaced and the igniters sparked as they should and we are back in business. We only have a few of the threaded parts to replace now to make any subsequent repairs easier. It should be noted that GH does not provide free estimates, but the time that Matthew took to diagnose the problem, including the exhaust fan system, and recommend repairs and associated cost was well worth the fee for that initial visit. I recommend GH Appliance Repair highly, and Matthew particularly, based on our first and only experience so far.

  Came out so fast, really unbelievable. Had an issue with my ice maker, Justin diagnosed it quickly. I'm giving 4-starts only because I think I had to pay for service call to diagnose the issue, and I think I need to pay for both the part and another full service call charge when I do the repair. Some places will deduct the service call diagnosis cost if you do the service with them. To be sure, the tech showed up within 2-hours of my call, which is still shocking and amazing to me. So I'm a little stuck on whether to think this is something that I take a star off for. I will absolutely call them for anything I need.

  Zac was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Our washer needed a software update, which we weren't aware of and Zac updated it, ran diagnostics on the machine to make sure everything was working properly and had us run a small load to make sure everything was running perfectly!! Great service!! GH Appliance will be our go to service company going forward!!
