They replied by having a professional appointment setter contact me, and scheduled an appointment for early the next week. They then sent me meeting confirmation information by email and text. They also asked me to take a photo of the unit and manufacturer's tag and send that back by text. Easy. The night before the appointment they sent me reminders by email and text. The morning of the appointment, they sent me notification that the technician was enroute. Matthew the superstar arrived on time with all of his equipment. He put on shoe covers before entering my home. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the information and pricing I needed to choose the right resolution. Professional Service. This is how a service company should operate.
