It’s not just because they have everything I need for gardening or any home improvement but the I love how the employees are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The store manager Brett is a big help and he is very people person and very helpful to his customers needs and also the cashier (I forgot his name) but he is the best on his job! Kudos!

While I was looking at EGO lawn equipment a young lady asked if I needed help and I replied I'm looking at the moment. After a while I made my decision and no associate was too be found. I went to customer service and asked for help. She paged someone and I went back to the lawn sections and waited. 15 minutes later I was still waiting and my patience was worn thin so I just paid for the items I had in my buggy and left. Still undecided if I will just purchase online or look for another brand. Edit : Instead of new post I'll add to this one. Placed an order at 2 PM today and we are now at 8 PM and no signs of the order being ready. I thought ordering online and picking up would help me avoid trying to find someone in the store but I guess even Lowes can't find there own employees to pull the order. What a truly pathetic location.

Lisa is my number 1 go to person. There are a lot of great employees here but Lisa is the top of my list. Always has answers to all my crazy questions, and always makes my shopping experience the brightest part of my day.

I placed an order for drywall delivery on 03/01 for a 03/06 delivery which is 1) my only day off that week and 2) the day before my contractor was getting started on a job for me. Morning of we get an email saying delivery between 8-1230 (perfect) then 2 hours later its switched to the next day.... Mind you I told them I couldn't do Sat bc I have to work and also my contractor is getting started on the job we hired him for. I call immediately to figure out what's going on and they switch it back to 03/06 - of course all day goes by and I hear nothing. So I call at 6p already knowing what they are going to tell me - no delivery coming today. So I ask since I wont be home if we can do Sunday - of course NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY. No refund for delivery fee offered for the inconvenience either. So now my delivery is re-scheduled for Monday which I'm working all day -so hopefully my contractor can sign off on delivery and hopefully they will also help him bring it all in the house (since I've heard apparently that is something Lowes doesn't do with dry wall deliveries). But needless to say, the entire process has been very frustrating and the employees that I talk to seem to care less about that inconvenience that all of this has caused.
