I had to describe exactly what it was to Sandra the older lady at customer service, she called 2 people who told her they were in fulfillment. She then asked me to wait for her to help the other guests, clearly more important than I was, and then she would go look. Do I waited, for a good while too. The line went away and so I went back and Sandra went to where they always go to look for extra kits, or so I thought. Rather she comes back out with her coat and lunch bag, says she’s going to receiving and that she just needs to put her stuff in her section… lady go to lunch and don’t pretend you’re going to help me or that I will wait another 20 minutes. Just tell me no and let me get on with my evening.
