Wow! Just wow! This is probably the worst experience I have ever had shopping at a Lowes… I needed to buy hundreds of bricks and I asked if they can help loading it to my vehicle (as I assumed the would do so since I had bought similar products in other Lowe’s stores before) the staff simply refused to help… I tried to consult other staffs but they all seem to not care… consumer service for Pro in this location is simply terrible… I’m not coming back again to this place.
