- TMT M6 days ago5.0Staff were A++. There for 30 mins and 3 employees approached offering help. At the Salisbury Lowe’s I’ll be searching 30 mins to find one employee. This place is way better: Salisbury Lowe’s , take some tips from this place.
- MDMark DrakeApr 30, 20261.0I spend about 50 to 75 thousand dollars a year at local Lowe's stores and this is one location I frequent often. This store has gone downhill significantly. They have essentially turned into Walmart, pushing clothes, dog toys/food, and convenience store items at every corner. Lowe's doesn't know Pros one bit. They are sacrificing their integrity to appeal to Saturday shoppers. I dread coming to this store and have no loyalty to them at all. They discontinued their Lowe's credit card relationship with Amex and took my credit limit from 60k to 6k with synchrony bank, as if I want to pay 28% interest on a credit card and not get the points back for gift cards. What a joke of a store. Actually listen to your big customers for ONCE and maybe you won't turn into TEMU central.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
