    I was there yesterday with my kids and an employee was putting back items on the shelf. She had a cart for 2 tiny little items. Instead of moving her cart and getting out of the way so I could shop, she just sat there staring at me. Just a frustrating shopping experience.

    Insanely impressed at the condition of the store 1 week before Christmas. Tons of stock easy to shop and almost everything is on sale! Next year im going earlier and bringing more money!

    We came to buy a Christmas tree, we found a display one for sale. They told us one of the guys would come take it down and pack it up to go. The guy had the worst attitude and was taking it down slamming it around shoving it in the box, pieces were breaking off of it… we paid almost $200 for it. My husband was standing on the aisle watching him. The guy asked my husband if he was getting that tree and my husband replied yes. Then the employee started going off on how he didn’t need to be standing over him, that he didn’t need anyone over him watching him take it down and pack it up. He kept mumbling under is breath running his mouth even as I walked up. It was totally uncalled for the employee was so rude and broke many pieces of the tree. I was super disappointed at the costumer service and being treated and talked to that way. My husband was getting so upset and is a brain cancer survivor he didn’t deserve to be treated and talked to that way by anyone. We spoke to the manager and hopefully something was done about the situation.
