  Shontelle provided excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. She was very attentive and went out of her way to research and came back to me in the store to respond to my questions. Her friendly and customer focused attitude exemplifies top-notch customer service! She should be applauded!👏 👏 Keep up the good work Shontelle. The store was clean and well organized.   I love the fact that the store carries so many quotes and pictures about the Lord. However, I am also looking for more home decor items. I feel like cookware and miscellaneous kitchen things have replaced a lot of decorative items. Not enough though to keep me from going there.

  Love love love Hobby Lobby! The framing department is amazing! They do such an amazing job every time I have something new to frame. They always have the best recommendations for frames and treat my items with such care.
