- RGRUN N GUN GARAGEMay 1, 20261.0Tonight my wife and I picked out 8 large sets of cabinets to buy. The lady from the paint department Kim guided us to the right location and then proceeded to call for help with pulling all 8 cabinets. After about 20 minutes of no one helping, Kim, who doesn't even work in that department, got on the lift and started finding and lifting out the cabinets. I finally grabbed 2 big carts to help and of course while getting them I passed by at least 10 or more capable employees doing absolutely nothing. This whole time my wife found the manager, Billy who was completely useless and came over with a forklift driver at the end to "help". The only bright spot tonight was how helpful Kim was, but sad that you have 10 capable employees just walking around doing nothing. I'm pretty sure I saw the same big guy employee walk laps around the store like 4 times doing nothing. Kim needs a promotion and raise, all the other male employees need to be fired.

- BKBrent KohnertMar 20, 20261.0Bought a $4k mower to be delivered and it showed up with severe damage to the metal frame and plastic engine cover and had to be sent back. I was told it had to be assembled before shipping to me and couldn't get a new one out to me for 2 weeks. Why would they see that damage and assume I would accept delivery. There is no way they didn't see it when loading it on the truck because it was bad enough that I could see it before they unloaded it and the metal under the paint was rusting so it didn't just happen during delivery. I would not recommend doing business with them.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
