If I could give no stars I would, went there to get a lawnmower and weed eater and they had a deal (literally have a picture of the flyer they had up) saying if you bought a weed eater and blower kit then you got a free battery well they didn't want to honor the flyer so no stars they aren’t helpful and they are rude

Ordered 600 landscape bricks over the weekend, the delivery arrived early Monday morning. After inspection it was discovered they had shipped two different colors. Called in to get it corrected, they were supposed to pickup everything that was delivered and replace it with the correct product. Arrived again early Tuesday with material that was believed to be incorrect and no pickup order for what was delivered the day previous. This time I made a visit to the store and asked for a manager, the customer service rep called for one but a manager never arrived. The customer service representative was super helpful and kind and seemed to get everything back on track to be delivered Wednesday. The delivery driver called late Wednesday evening said he would not make it. The delivery was rescheduled for Thursday, it is now 8pm still no delivery. I called the store and requested to speak to a manager, I was told the manager Max was busy and could not come to the phone (no offer to call me back). I shop this store frequently, most of the associates are kind and helpful. However the management seems to be poor and unhelpful, seems like they do not want to be inconvenienced by customer issues.
