We’ve shown military ID, signed up on their website to register, verified ID.me and yet the military discount was not working. We asked for help, for the employee to state they can’t help us or scan to give us a discount. It should not be advertised military discount if we can’t get one.

Not once but twice! Two different employess told me the wrong area of the store when I asked for different products. One employee looked up an item and still gave me incorrect aisle. No cashiers at registers, excluding one at the self checkouts. She stood stone faced glaring at me the entire time I checked out like I was going to steal something. Never, ever felt so uncomfortable checking out at a store, nor ever had an employee look at me so suspiciously. One visit I checked out with cashier and they said they gave me my military discount only to discover when I got home and check receipt they hadn't.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
