We do not recommend ordering doors from Lowes on Western in Jacksonville. Just spend the extra money and go through an actual door and window company. We are currently pushing 4 months from the order date and are now on the 3rd attempt for them to get the door correct. We originally ordered the door because we have air gaps and water getting in, and after waiting the first 2 months the door did not come as we had ordered so we had returned the door that came wrong and ordered another door, this door arrived a month later at Lowes and they have had it on their property for almost 3 weeks waiting for our installer to pick up. At no time during the 3 weeks that they had it did anyone inspect it. It took the installer picking up on the day of install to find out it was damaged and he told us. Lowes waisted his and our time. And Lowes response was to offer us 10% off. Really! And their customer support wont even discuss compensation till after install is compete. Now we have to either try a 3rd time or just cancel the whole job completely and start over with a new company. I had been told not to go with Lowes and a 3rd party. I made the mistake of not listening. Life Lesson, you get what you pay for. Worst of all we have been paying on these doors on the Lowes card for month and we do not even have the door. NEVER AGAIN.

We want to give a massive, heartfelt shout-out to Bob (the one with the beard) in the receiving department for his truly exceptional dedication. Our blinds purchase involved several trips to multiple different Lowe's locations where we were able to purchase the correct blind sizes, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the appropriate machine to cut them. Finally, we arrived at this store late on Saturday night, hoping to resolve the issue. Bob didn't hesitate. He patiently took on the time-consuming task of cutting 13 blinds accurately and efficiently, even though it was late. He was professional, accurate, and, most importantly, handled the entire effort without a single complaint. Bob went above and beyond to solve a problem that multiple other stores couldn't, ensuring we left as happy and satisfied customers. Lowe's is incredibly lucky to have him on their team!
