Jonathon at the Lowes on Western Blvd, Jacksonville NC is by far one of the exceptionally helpful associates I have encountered. His knowledge of tools and willingness to help attitude provided me with the best option for a Miter Saw to fit my budget. Though the item was not on the shelf, Jonathon quickly located the item within the inventory and carried it back to my cart. He also walked me to the Lumber side checkout. Upon seeing the backup in that area, he quickly made the decision to redirect us back to the main self-checkout, which was closer to my truck. At the checkout, he ensured the price matched the sticker for the Miter Saw and stayed at the register until the transaction was completed. From the time when he asked if I needed help in the tool area, until the time I left the store, he was part of the process. That is customer service at its best. I have been back to Lowes just to tell him how much I appreciate him aiding me with that purchase.
