- GGgus ghannamApr 7, 20261.0I ordered a trash compactor one month ago. It has been scheduled for delivery 3 times and 3 times it was not delivered. I called the store and requested a manager. I was on hold for 15 minutes when the head cashier tried to tell me the manager was in a meeting at 9:00 pm and was unavailable. I explained the urgency and miraculously the assistant store manager Dereck was located. He was not helpful and did not offer any explanation why shipments from China arrive sooner than Lowe’s delivery. All he could muster was it will be delivered in 3 days. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. Garbage location and garbage management. Try HD

As a small church, we typically use Lowe’s as a place to get our Poinsettias and Easter Lilies for our sanctuary. My husband went in to purchase this year and the Indian Trail, NC store did not even have them in their inventory ever this year. Not just sold out but never ordered in 2026. Deeply saddened. We typically don’t buy until the weekend of Easter so they last.

During my visit I used the restroom (female) and noticed someone standing in front of the mirror playing with their hair. Although I didn’t notice anything unusual at first, I later found out that it was a male employee. This made me uncomfortable, but what made me more uncomfortable was that there was a little girl in the restroom with me by herself with her dad waiting outside of the restrooms. He had just walked out when I was finished, but he should have never been in there. I assured the dad that there was only one other person in the restroom, in a separate stall. This is completely unacceptable for any one of the opposite sex to be in the restrooms, let alone an employee of the company!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
