    Just rented two units last week for the first time with this company. The online process was super easy. Felt like they were both a good value and a very clean and safe facility. We had access the next day and that process was also very easy and self-service. We realized that we needed one larger unit and I called today and spoke with the manager David and he was very helpful in getting us moved over to one across the hall. Five stars!

    My renting process was one of my easiest ones I’ve ever done! Christina did a great job explaining everything easily and processing my paperwork fast, as I had limited time. I was able to put a 24 hour hold on a unit, before seeing it, without having to put a deposit down. I am very happy with my Extra Space Storage experience so far.
