    I’ve had several disappointing experiences with this Lowe’s - basic stuff like disinterested associates who don’t speak, offer assistance & sometimes seem to go out of their way to not be bothered. But I don’t post about those- customers can suck so I almost get it. But, I’m posting this time because I had what I think was a ridiculous situation unfold today. I ordered a large craftsman work bench & large 52” tool chest top & bottom for hubs for Christmas, over $1250 when incl shipping of work bench (no other choice available except shipping which sucked). I chose curb pickup & Lowe’s assembly. A couple delays on top part of chest, but all else was okay. Finally, all pieces of chest were there yesterday so we picked it up. Today, realized it was missing the thicker stabilizing mat that goes between the top & bottom piece. Went to Lowe’s and customer service said only thing we could do is load it up & haul the whole thing back and repurchase it all. What?! For a $20 or so mat? They assembled it and didn’t notice it gone?? We need to put hundreds of pounds back on the truck and come back?! Smh I then reached out online. The response was “call Craftsman”. What?! Why would I have to make it right and hassle w/Craftsman when Lowe’s assembled it & missed it? I asked “what about a $10 credit and we’ll go find another.” (We are silver members - we spend there) but Nope! What a stupid situation. I emptied my cart of the shoe cabinet and next purchases i was about to make & we found a mat at Harbor Freight we can use. Terrible service from Lowe’s!

    Found lots of clearance deals also the commercial pro red c9 bulbs the on line located showed the staff was friendly and helpful the store was very organized and clean

    I work at a trucking company and was trying to locate some paperwork from this Lowe’s. I called and Jennifer in receiving answered. She went above and beyond in helping me locate this paperwork, she looked for what I needed for nearly an hour and when she was at a loss she even called another Lowe’s location to help her track it down for me. Truly could not have had a better experience with the service I was provided

    If I could give 0 stars I would, been dealing with Lowe’s since 6-27-25 to get windows installed and it has been a nightmare. Here we are 12-5-25 and we still don’t have windows installed and they refuse to give us a refund. Do Not give them your business. I have had the pleasure of telling Everyone I know about this experience. Lowe’s is horrible and they do not keep their part of the bargain.
