went to the Huntersville location with my 91 year old friend to look at a zero turn lawn mower was met at the mowers by Mark he was very friendly and stayed with us the entire time and assisted in helping him get on and off the mowers until he found one he liked we were only looking and had planned to go to Home depot next but Mark was so friendly and helpful he decided to buy the toro so we went inside and completed the purchase. Mark explained warranty information and set up the delivery. Thanks for your help!

Attempting to get assistance with buying a kitchen appliance from this store is like trying to get a toddler to do calculus. The employees do not know anything about the products, and you have to ask to be helped. They just sit there on their phones and have no awareness of customers in the store. Save yourself the time and frustration, and go somewhere else.

This is the second time I've been in this store looking for a particular item. Both times I happened to encountered Patrick astore manager.......I remembered it was him because the last time I asked for the item I was looking for & he responded in an exhaustive manner. He said what I'm looking for "might" be on isle 42 as he,walked away. Just rude & unnecessary. HOWEVER; when i arrived to isle 42 Chris in flooring was polite, professional and made sure i was clear on the,direction i needed to head in. Which was FAR from Patrick's guess.

Had a frustrating experience. We checked with a staff member who confirmed wood cutting was available. But at the checkout near the exit, two staff members told us the person had gone to lunch and no one else could help. They didn’t seem very helpful and couldn’t confirm when the staff member would be back. This was our third attempt trying to get wood cut from a Lowe’s store
However, one gentleman, I believe his name was Russell, checked in with us as we were leaving. When we explained the situation, he stepped in, found someone, and even helped with the cutting and loading. He was genuinely helpful and made a big difference.
Overall, I’d rate this 3 out of 5. The initial experience was frustrating, but Russell’s help really improved things. For Russell’s help 5/5.
