Reserving the unit was easy because the company training is top tier. No issues with the lady on the phone. No issues with the lady at the facility. Very kind and knowledgeable of what is going on. My only concern is I wish the actual building was cooler temperature wise. It’s very hot during the warmer months. That could be an issue to someone moving back n forth in and out the facility. Also I wish this current location was 24 hours. However I think it would serve the customers better if the initial time frame to move in is 24 hours then after go back to regular time hours. The pricing is the best price on the market hands down! Also I know it’s more on the company, but I think it should be some kind of restroom access to the customers even if they have to put their code in to use. It would better serve the customers that are moving in and out. The code is so the company know who went in and if that person trashed the restroom or not. Oh and a dumpster for customers that’s important. However. I enjoyed my first time experience. Thank You!
