I attempted to exchange it and was told that I could not exchange it even with a receipt because he used apple pay and it was a pick up order. I have shopped at Lowes faithfully over the years and never had an issue like this before. From this point forward I'll take my business elsewhere. I guess Home Depot now has a new customer. Totally ridiculous. I should mention that the drill and the torque drill are the same exact brand and exact price.

One time an elderly lady came up to Rich and I discussing a repair problem and he very professionally explained He was helping me, but that he would be right back And help her, and if not, he would get on the radio and get somebody sooner. And he actually ended up doing both. He helped me went to the other side of the store to get something that I needed and then came back to where I was gave me my stuff. And then went on to help the lady, even though there already was an associate with her who answered his radio call.
