    Zoe at the cash register very nice and helpful and Brandy on the paint department also extremely nice and quick she help me to get the paint fast to get back to work and the young guy I didn't get his name because i was on a little rush was very well educated and helpful to get my paint ☆☆☆☆☆☆ six stars 😃 but there was another lady, at the paint department with long hair that wasn't very helpfull it may been a bad day for her, i don't know? but i hope whatever was going on with her she find peace in her heart i wont get on details but. that's what she proyects to me when i aproach her for a question and paint almost 5 stars ☆☆☆☆ 1/2

    Lowes no longer warranties kobalt or craftsman tools unless they were bought within the past 60 days with receipt. This has caused me a significant issue because its supposed to be lifetime hassle free but its just another false promise. I had my receipt and every part that comes with the tool and was just brushed off and given no assistance. Very bad customer service today and its a shame because this store used to be great.

    I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jaden for saving my shopping trip two Saturdays ago during the snowstorm. I came in specifically for flooring and tile, but the flooring department was completely deserted. I headed over to the appliances department to find help and met Jaden. He was incredibly professional and tried multiple times to page someone to flooring. He even specifically called for Martin over the intercom to assist a waiting customer. After waiting over 10 minutes with no show from the flooring team, Jaden took it upon himself to step in. Even though it wasn't his department, Jaden helped me find exactly what I needed, answered my questions about the materials, and even rang me up. He turned a negative experience into a successful trip. The Downside: While Jaden is a rockstar, the flooring department's service was unacceptable. It’s disappointing that Martin didn't show up to his own department after multiple pages. I’ll be back for Jaden’s help, but I’ll be hesitant to visit that flooring department again until they prioritize their customers.

    I just drove across town to purchase quarter round for a job that was in progress. I had already purchased the quarter round from the store at Iverson way. (Lola was amazing) I checked the website and it said this store had 16 available for pickup. When I get here they’re telling me they don’t have any and it’s on buy back. This should have been updated in your system to avoid wasting peoples time and money. As a pro who relies on Lowes heavily to fulfill clients work orders, this is a major set back for me. Also James has terrible customer service and seemingly favors people of his own race to others. As I was searching around in his dept. a guy walked by minding his business and he stopped him to ask him if he needed help while ignoring me, who he saw walking around looking. Then I had to go to him for help only for him to basically brush me off, ZERO soft skills. This is the worst Lowes I’ve ever been to. There’s literally a Home Depot next door, TRAIN your reps!!

    Lowes policy changes have honestly become a nuisance especially their pay through text message im a contractor and yesterday I was delayed for an hour at checkout.
