  We have had an excellent experience with Taylored Control Systems as our fire alarm monitoring company. Phillip Blankenship truly goes above and beyond to make sure our building is taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Phillip and Dave consistently drop everything to help when issues come up, and their responsiveness has been outstanding. We also want to highlight Brittany Cornwell, who is amazing to work with. She is professional, organized, and always communicates clearly, which makes coordination easy and stress-free. One thing we really appreciate is that TCS doesn’t just “monitor” the system, they actively help coordinate with other vendors to ensure our building needs are being addressed properly and quickly. Since we are not local owners, having a team we can rely on for strong communication, visibility, and honest feedback is invaluable.   I recently had a complete security system installed by Taylored Control Systems. From start to finish, everyone involved was professional and courteous. Nathan Taylor, Brittany, Matthew, and Stefon were the best. Everything was explained and demonstrated so that I could easily understand how to operate the system. I highly recommend using TCS for your security needs!
