Ordered 3 pieces of wood and 2 were the wrong size. I had to call back 10+ times to get any resolution and spent 2+ hours waiting on the phone. Finally got ahold of customer service via the website and they tell me the best they can do is pick up the wrong items in 3 days and charge me for a new order. I'll get the refund for first order in 10-14 business. IF you value quality or accuracy, go elsewhere

ZERO STARS but I had to mark a star to review.
This experience actually started three days ago when my husband went to get some lumber. We had to go back today to finish getting what we needed because he could not get any help the other day to get more wood he needed down from the top. Everyone that he asked for help told him that they did not work in lumber so he grabbed what he could and left. We came today on 4-21-26 and it qas the worst experience ever. Came to buy more lumber. First off, when we got there, there was several trucks PARKED in the loading dock. I can not stand when people do this. They were literally parked and inside shopping. We get inside and we could not find a cart for lumber. Walked around for 10 minutes looking for one. They are all over the store, sitting in the isles, full of products like they are for display. I ended up taking one and getting everything off of it just to use it. We picked out our items and put them on the cart then headed to checkout. There was only one register open so we got in line. There were two customers ahead of us. I could over hear the customers and the lady that worked the register talking and she had made a mistake with both customers and she even told they guy infront of us that she was going to get fired for making so many mistakes. We were in line for approximately 20ish minutes when it should of taken 5. We get to the register finally and the lady scans all of our items and I pay in cash while my husband went to get the truck and move it to the loading dock. She grabs my change and closes the register drawer when I say that she shorted me my change. When she notices that she still owed me money, instead of calling a manager over to fix the issue she scans an item on the shelf and puts in the system that I paid $3 for it so that the drawer would open again. (I did NOT purchase nor pay for this item). When the drawer opened, she preceded to give me the change that she shorted me to begin with. So now I have watched her make false transcations claiming that she has sold products and took in money when she actually didnt. I hate to see how much money she is off at the end of the day. I then pushed my cart to the loading dock and low and behold, there are more vehicles PARKED in the loading dock. They also no longer give military discount on lumber and that is really all we ever bought from this store. At this point we will be going to a different store for all of our needs. This one is terrible. Avoid Hope Mills Lowes at all cost.
