This delivery was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Lowe’s.
My electrical beverage cooler was delivered by a third-party DOOR DASH driver who was clearly unqualified to handle large appliances. The unit was transported upside down in the back of a very small car and then left on the sidewalk in the rain. No notice was provided that Lowe’s would outsource an appliance delivery in this manner.
This is reckless handling of an electrical product and could have resulted in permanent damage or a serious safety issue. Customers should be informed when Lowe’s chooses to use DoorDash for appliance deliveries, and Lowe’s should not tolerate this level of incompetence from any delivery partner.
I expect far better from a company of Lowe’s size and reputation. This should never happen.

The poor customer service basically wasted my entire day. I go to the store knowing I'm going to invest time into finding an associate to help me, that happens every time I go there. Went this morning and walked around looking for help and after about 10 minutes found someone to call someone in the dept I needed help in. Went back and waited and still noone. So, ok, I'll order it online then so I don't have to waste more time in the store. Called customer service to ask a basic question about sheet vinyl flooring and the guy that answered the phone didn't even know what it was. I explained to him what it was and the difference between other vinyl flooring. He answered the question and thank God he transfered me to that dept bc, he was wrong. He knows nothing about anything in that store, so he probably shouldn't be answering customer service calls. IF, and that's a BIG if, I ever go back there, it will only be for things I don't need any help from an associate for. But for now, I'll spend my money at Home Depot.
