    My husband visited this Lowe’s today around 7PM needed cordless tool and a battery (because of course that’s not included) and he spoke to 3 people and none wanted to assist he pushed the assistance button and got nothing even after standing there for over 20 minutes.. I had to call to get him help and the First Lady I spoke to blind transferred me without giving me a chance to speak and the line was dead so I called back and got a gentleman on the phone who was of help and he got my husband what he needed while keeping me on the line then he got to the check out and it rung up for a different price than online (more than twice as much) and so he asked a lady working the check outs and she said “you’ll have to buy it online” and before my husband could respond she grabbed it back from him.. so he ordered online and went back inside just to be told he had to come back the next day.. he spent almost 2 hours in this store for two items just to leave without them even though they were paid for.. neither of us will be returning to Lowe’s.

    It was a terrible customer service experience today. We were overcharged and had it adjusted by the solitary woman in customer service today. She failed miserably. Are these people not trained? Unbelievable! I would give no stars if it were available...

    Melinda in lawn care has the best energy and I’m grateful for her help with my replacement plant🌱 She really believed in my green thumb!(: Throughout every department I was asked if I could use some help! Great customer service in this location.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My problem is not with the employees at this store but rather with the round around I’m getting after receiving a defective dishwasher. I bought an LG dishwasher on 3/1, it got installed on 3/12. After the first use it threw an error code at the end of the cycle. I was told that return would be no problem since I’m a gold member, however, I’m getting nothing short of horrible customer service since trying to get things resolved and working dishwasher in my house. I was told to reach out to the “ISST” number to which initially I was told that I would have to pay for another installation fee of $249. After speaking with a manager I was told that is not the case and that she would put a work order case in for someone to deem it defective which would be 8 days from now. That date just so happens to be right after my 30 day return window would be up. I tried Lowe’s corporate customer service which was absolutely zero help and they kept referring me to the manufacturer. Im supposed to have 30 day return window and on top of that, I bought the protection plan. At this point, if this is not resolved correctly, Lowe’s will never get my business again and I suggest you avoid this place as well. Don’t let this terrible headache happen to you, go somewhere else. Lowes will probably reply to this and say that it’s not them, it’s the 3rd party installation team or something along those lines and try to place the blame somewhere else. This is 100% a Lowe’s problem and they should make it right.
