But yet again had another interaction with Phoebe today that really showed me that I need to get on here and let everyone know about the experience. The whole hot tub buying experience was awesome. From visiting the showroom back in late 2022, answering all of my questions, showing me all of the details, and making the experience about what was right for our family rather than the best sale for her. Payment was simple via invoice right on my phone. Scheduling delivery was a breeze, the guys who showed up were courteous and professional. They took their time assembling all of the pieces and made sure measurements were perfect. I can lower the cover on the hot tub and the buckles land right into perfect place! I even had an issue with a water lock and Phoebe had a team out to help me the next day, but that was after she spent an hour late in the day on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot it. I would post pictures, but I haven't gotten around to taking at night showing it all lit up. The Jacuzzi products speak for themselves, but Phoebe really made the whole experience awesome. Today, I needed to order replenishment chemicals and she walked me through everything I would need for the first refresh of the water and again, was able to pay quickly and easily. Everything about the entire process and upkeep has been simple and easy to do. Highly recommend this dealer for all of your hot tub needs!
- AGAdam GarryApr 2, 20215.0I called Jacuzzi Hot Tubs to ask a question because I couldn't get the chemical levels in my hot tub just right. I wanted to know if I could bring them a sample. The person who answered the phone said they had an expert that I could talk to that should be able to talk me through it over the phone. I was blown away by how nice and knowledgeable Phoebe was and how she was able to answer all my questions. If this is how they treat their customers that didn't buy a hot tub from them I can only imagine how great the buying experience would be. Thank you for all your help and guidance.
