Everyone was so sweet! Tony especially helped means got me 50 dollars off my purchase. They were more than happy to help get the big box into my car and never left my side when I needed helped. I really recommend this Lowe’s if you are running and errand for someone and have no idea what you are looking for lol.

ZERO stars: As an Uber driver, went to get orders. Sharon/Sandra whatever her name was who helps you retrieve items orders - well, she must work for the FBI/CIA AND THE DMV - OH, I mean, she helps drivers get orders.
Only time a Lowes employee asks for my ID. I go get it for her - no problem. No fuss. Yes, ma'am.
I get back. She doesn't have my orders waiting for me....
This FBI/CIA/DMV worker saw I had two licenses.
She proceeds to bring me into questioning on why I have two IDs.
IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS; you got my ID with my name and she interrogated me. I felt harassed.
She was not listening. She asked me the client's name several times...I want to say 4+ in a matter of minutes.
She was too busy concerned about why I had two licenses.
The Word said, you should love your neighbor as you love yourself - she did not!
For her safety, she needed to know...?
Was this a crime stoppers? Did I commit a crime?
It's really none of her business. TERRIBLE customer service.
People at Lowes in Garner and Cary - never have a problem with, kind as can be.
Over at this Lowes, we got the thought police investigating me over my ID. I kept my mouth shut because she seemed to be on a power trip, and I just wanted to do my job and FAST! SHE DELAYED ME SO MUCH! I had to cancel my 3rd order I was suppose to pick up there because I was traumatized and could not face her again. Thus I lost income due to this encounter because I had PTSD and couldn't go back in for my 3rd order.
Give any thought police a job with authority, and they think it's a cold case crime they need to solve why I have an old and new license in my wallet.

Also: I scanned all the barcodes to check in. Her machine did not pick any up. Machine didn't work. She needed to scan each bar code order while trying to interrogate me; albeit I already scanned in at their check in center. Terrible
