In the fine print at the last part of the contract sign-up did you know the company can raise the rent the very next month or at anytime during your lease and there are no limitations to how much they can raise it. I've just confirmed this is the case with Extra Space as well. And this is true of many other storage providers that i will be reviewing as well. This frankly means they will entice you with a month free low signup but in my personal experience and comments from others many companies more than double your rent over a years time. They are gambling you will go along with it because of the pain of moving. These types of contracts should be illegal honestly as they hide it till the very end and there is no limit as to how high they can raise it immediately after your first month.
