    I placed an online order for a set of pliers. I did not need the pliers so I never picked them up. The online order siad it would be held until 2/6 and put back on the shelf and my card refunded if I did not pick it up which was my intention. Lowe’s has been calling me for feedback on my recent order several tomes this week but I have been busy and unable to take the call. Today I was able to take the call and gave the feedback that I did not prefer the frequent calls. A text would have been preferred. The lady disconnected the call and a few seconds later I get an email thanking me for picking up my order just now! I never picked up the order at all. I called Lowes to explain this and was just pit on hold where the phone was ringing but no one ever picked up. About to call back that was an over $20 pair of pliers!!

    I was very disappointed in the staff at Lowe's in High Point NC today. After I retired from the military, I have shopped there for over 10 years and prefer it over Home Depot which is just down the street. But maybe I need to start shopping at Home Depot. Today, I wasted at least 30 mins if not more waiting on help. I went to the electrical dept (aisle 6) and could not find what I was needing. I pressed the help button and waited. No one came to help. I pressed it several more times and waited but no one came to help. I saw a gentleman in a red vest and ask if he could page someone to help me. He said he would, but everyone was busy doing inventory. I waited and waited and still, no one came to help. I went to the front desk and asked if she would page someone. I was told the same thing. She would page someone, but everyone was busy doing inventory. I went back to aisle 6 and waited for another 10 minutes or so. Finally, I went back to the service desk and told her to cancel it because no one ever came to help me, so I was going to Home Depot. She apologized and said everyone was busy doing inventory. I told her I understood it was not her fault but just because the staff was doing inventory doesn't mean customers have to be ignored and not helped.
