She was so happy to welcome me to your store and took the time out of her busy schedule to actually answer my questions and actually walking around the store with me showing me exactly what I came in looking for. Her conversation with me was very helpful and professional and I was able to find everything that I needed thanks to Nickie and because of her I definitely will be shopping Lowes from now on because I always shop at Home Depot but my experience with the Lowes associate has changed my perception about Lowes and from now on, my family and I will be shopping at Lowes from now on. Don’t get me wrong. Every associate I encountered walking in the store was speaking but it was Nickie’s enthusiasm and friendliness and her willingness to go above and beyond that made me very happy to spend my hard earned money. I recommend anyone who shops at Lowe’s to look for her and I can guarantee you that your shopping experience will be worth it from the warm reception and smile to the personal come back again soon. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
