- EPEd Pearce3 days ago1.0Do not use the Minute key kiosk at this store. It produces keys that do not match the original key. In addition to the store will not give you a refund. You have to go through the Minute key corporate website, which is a pain in the butt.
- MCMike Classing3 days ago3.0Been in twice in the past week and there is never any lumber carts available I believe the employees called the H carts , the ones they had were just sitting there full of lumber. Unfortunately I didn't get what I needed and went to the other home supply store. Lowes you need more lumber carts and not the flats ones either. Sorry for the negative feedback.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
