Still in line for 10 minutes at the pro desk couldn’t get any help because everybody was standing around chatting about all kinds of other stuff. Horrible customer service go to Home Depot instead.

Ordered some barn door round handles missing parts charged me 20.00 in shipping had to reorder should have refunded the shipping due to parts of the handle missing the box had been already opened one time 🙃

We bought all new kitchen appliances and it has been nothing short of a fiasco getting them delivered and set up. Everything is good there til they make the sale and then you are on your own to figure the rest out. You call and get an AI representative like you aren't important enough to talk to a real person. We will never step another foot in a Lowes Hardware. We will be going elsewhere for sure.

I was very disapointed in the hickory store after my wife and 13 yr old daughter came up there to buy bags of mulch and was not offered any help to to load it on the cart 25 bags and then associates stood and watched while they loaded it in the truck and offered no help at all. Thats pretty sorry in my book. I have been Told by other people that they had The same problem. Able bodied men letting a woman and small girl load while they watched. Lowes need To watch what they are paying these sorry excuses for.

Bad experience. Wife bought a washer and got it delivered but when installed has a broken door. So called customer service instantly. Lady say they do a return and they will exchange for a new. Good news but unfortunately they came took the washer and never exchanged say i have to called them about that after I talked to a lady about it. So we decided to just get a refund. Went to the Lowes store. They told us that it would take about a week to get your refund. So we were left without our refund n no washer. Say have to pay for another one. Quick to take your money but forever to get it back. Lowes need to step up on their customer service and staff because seem like they dont have proper communication facts on their policies. Never had issues with this store but this is one of the worst experience I had... Hopefully in the future it doesnt happen to another customer.
