- LGLawson GaitherApr 20, 20261.0If you’re considering storing anything here, do yourself a favor and shop around first. I rented a parking space for a truck in June 2025 at $21/month. Within just a few months, that rate jumped to $42/month — literally doubled. There was no meaningful notice or transparency that this would happen. I’ll own my part: I should’ve caught it sooner on my statements. But that doesn’t change the fact that this pricing model feels intentionally designed to lock you in and then raise rates once you’re committed. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told it was a “promotion” and that rates are month-to-month and can change based on “the market.” In other words, they can increase your rate whenever they decide — regardless of how long you’ve been there. The problem is obvious: once you’ve filled a unit or parked equipment, moving out isn’t easy. That gives them all the leverage to raise prices. If you’re okay with unpredictable pricing, go for it. If not, I’d strongly recommend asking detailed questions up front — or choosing a facility with more stable, transparent rates. Update- Manager offered $6.00 off. Had no idea how long that would last.

If you close the account and move everything out they do not refund the lock you are made to buy. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, YOU MAY PREFER ALL OF THIS TO BE TOLD TO YOU AHEAD OF TIME. BUYER BEWARE
