The cashier and one of the managers refused to price match the online price. He gave some excuse that made no sense at all. Terrible customer service and a great way to run off customers. Home Depot matches their online prices so it looks like that might be where I go from now on. I know it is only $12 bucks but still the point is to satisfy your customers.

I ripped the discount tag off from the area and handed it to her and told her Yosi confirmed price and she radioed him to ask and he lied straight to her face. This miscommunication shows how terrible this store does with customer service. Never coming to this store again. People seems to hate their job there and don’t seem to want to help as they do their job.
