- MQMr Quatt5 days ago4.0Extra Space Storage is a clean, well-maintained storage facility with good security, easy access, and courteous on-site staff. The units themselves are exactly as described, and the property is clearly managed with care. From an operational standpoint, the facility inspires confidence and feels safe, which is important when storing valuable belongings. That said, I did experience some confusion and disappointment around pricing and promotions. I rented two 20x30 storage units that were advertised at $172.00 per month, but my monthly bill reflected $198.00 unless I prepaid four months in advance. I agreed to the prepayment in order to secure the advertised rate. Additionally, the facility had a large banner advertising a free month or first month free promotion. Unfortunately, I was later informed that I did not qualify for this offer, though the reason was unclear to me at the time. Overall, Extra Space Storage provides a high-quality facility and professional service. I would simply encourage clearer communication around advertised rates and promotional eligibility so customers can fully understand the terms before committing. Despite the pricing confusion, the physical facility and staff professionalism remain strong positives.
