- TWTimm WatrousMay 1, 20261.0I don't like to leave bad reviews especially for a place that I love going to. But this location warrants one. I placed a delivery order for over $1k and they were a no call no show. I took time off work to make sure I was home during the delivery window. That was 3 days ago, and still no one has called or texted with a status update. I've been calling the store repeatedly since then and have not been able to get in contact with anybody! I even called other locations to see if they could contact them internally and tell them to call me. NOTHING. I this weren't a big corporation I would be convinced I just got scammed. They took my money and ghosted me. This is not acceptable for a company of this size. Guess I'll be ordering from Home Depot next time.

After spending over an hour trying to get someone on the phone, I was understandably pretty frustrated. That said, I want to recognize Jonah at Lowe’s in Hendersonville. When I finally got connected with him, he handled the situation with professionalism and patience. He took the time to listen, didn’t rush the conversation, and worked to provide the best possible solution given the circumstances. It’s not often that someone can turn around a negative experience, but Jonah did just that. Leadership should take note—he represents the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. To be clear, this 5 star review is for Jonah, Wendy, Aly, Jeff and Christina. They all helped create a great collaboration to make this work.

Jamie came along and she cheerfully located them in top stock , together Jamie, Meredith and Keith went to work getting them down . My wife and I appreciate the effort these employees went through to help us. Great job, will definitely be back to shop again.

Was frustrated when the drive thru bulk bag puck up area was closed on all trips. They did let me drive to back area and brought pallets out to my truck. It's spring in the mountains yall, garden shop is a busy place, hire some seasonal help!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
