  We've used Michael from Freedom Appliance for several repairs including a dishwasher, refrigerator and dryer. He's great! He came out quickly each time, diagnosed the problem immediately, gave us a fair estimate and fixed the problem correctly. He's by far the best in the area and his prices are affordable.

  Mike came out and diagnosed/replaced a burner on our electric cooktop. He was meticulous with the repair, left a clean workspace, and clearly communicated around ordering the part and when he would come back out. A+.

  No show, no call. So glad I took off work so they could ghost us. Edited to add: they did not respond to phone calls and messages left. Gave 24 hours before posting and still haven’t heard anything.

  Excellent customer service from Mike. I appreciate that he answers his phone and responds. (Not all companies do.) Came out within 24 hours. Very knowledgeable! Was able to fix the issue on the spot!
