So.... Young lady would not change fact her auto check rang mole killer worms twice husband called her over she automatically runs her mouth saying she was 🦜 ng to customer. UH no four other Lowe's employees are not customer. So I said man you don't need to talk to him like that. Well she walked off left item on register didn't delete th one. So she found out I walked out left everything said I'll call mgr. She made ugly face. But I called corporate..... So I know what's coming of no customer service. She's going to learn fast customer service goes above all not nasty attitude. Give a man days work for days pay or don't waste his time. She wasted Lowe's corp time.

I shop at this location often while remodeling multiple homes, and my experiences during regular business hours have consistently been excellent. On Labor Day, the service was outstanding. Christina went above and beyond by explaining the pro account benefits, finding loaders, and offering exceptional support. Jackson and Josiah were quick to assist, very polite, and eager to help with loading. Alex and Nick also stepped in immediately to get a cabinet and hot water heater down from the top shelves with a smile. They were the same two who helped us on Sunday loading wood from the top rack. The weekday crew absolutely deserves 5 stars—they are fantastic.
Unfortunately, the weekend shifts are a completely different story. This is when most working adults shop, yet the service is consistently poor. I’ve had crew members stand back on their stock tablets while my 60‑year‑old mother and 66‑year‑old mother‑in‑law helped me load wood onto a cart with no assistance.
Friday night, January23rd, was the worst experience yet. I went to purchase paint, and one associate looked at me and walked away. Another stood right beside the paint counter, never acknowledged me, and continued talking with people he knew. A former employee—who no longer works there—was the one who stepped in to mix my paint. She even had to ask current team members to pull stock from the shelves for me. Completely unacceptable. When I reported the issue at the return desk, the associate called for help, but when the paint team arrived and saw the former employee doing their job, they simply left the department.
I wouldn’t give the weekend floor team even one star based on that experience. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever had at Lowe’s.
I’ll continue shopping here because I’m a Pro member, but I’ll match the level of respect I’m given. Weekday staff: excellent. Weekend staff: disrespectful and rude.

This Lowe’s is a poor excuse of a store. We have purchased thousands of dollars in cabinets, counters and most recently window treatments. The best part of the entire process was NOTHING!!! The day we went in for our spot to order over $5000 in window treatments the store had no idea of our appt. The gentleman who went to do our order was not fully trained in the new program. I felt bad for him. It took me at the computer to get our measurements found so he could price it out. After 45min and a not very happy installer who had to be called 3 times we decided to leave and let employee work on the order. Twenty four hours later they were ordered. The date of delivery was approximate and as the weeks went by I kept getting notifications of them arriving at the end of October but no later than 11/1. They were del on 11/3 without installer coming pn 11/4. I also drove from Fl. For the install. 11/4 installer (Lowe’s) says box only has 4 shades. We need to RS. I GO INTO STORE. Know one has a darn clue of were the rest are. No tracking number nothing!!!! Few days later they say oh the others will arrive by 11/8. I left on that day had to go back to work. 11/8 they show up. I now have to get someone from Travelers Rest SC. to bring them inside our home. Installer comes 11/15 using our key to get in. Installer who is a gem says Lisa 2 windows are the completely wrong size. I don’t know why store had measurements. He notifies the central dept. The attention 3 weeks to get their crap straight on ordering. It took me 8 phone calls and again I had to send them all the measurements again. By the way neither assist mgr or mgr ever called when I left them messages. Also they very rarely have enough staff to even answer the store phone. They finally were ordered and once again I had to keep checking on delivery from Fl. then let central and installer know they arrived. I then called installer in for a 3rd time. Again still no call from store mgrs and I have spent a lot a lot of money in the past 4 months. Installer gets them installed the Friday before bad weather hit. I get a call from a nice guy in Tampa following up. I politely tell him we would like to be compensate $500 for all the aggravation and time I had to do Lowes job. Today Emmanuel called from Lowes to offer us $100. We are disgusted is putting it politely. We will not use them and advise anyone in the area only by what you can walk out with. They are an embarrassment to the Lowes Co. I will also be putting this on additional social media. BUYER BEWARE HENDERSONVILLE NC LOWES.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
