Don’t ever buy a water heater from this place. Put in the heater, it did not work. Lowes says well we can’t return it because it’s been installed. Well yeah? How do you know it’s bad if you don’t install it. They push all responsibility to the manufacturer, they wanna send new parts….. blah blah blah. No hot water for weeks. Lowes sucks, don’t buy appliances.

We had something delivered to our property and the driver left but then we see him drop some cement on our neighbor property( not our order) and ruined their grass. The driver didn’t call anyone to try to clean it up. We did the best we could to clean it but we just don’t have the right stuff to clean it up with. I go in the store to sort it out just to be told I will have to talk to the other company!?!? Don’t get anything delivered from the Lowe’s store. The delivery services are horrible and you I’ll have lots of stress from them.(second order and both times absolutely horrible experience)
