- EVElla Vooris5 days ago5.0My husband and was looking to purchase a storm door for our home at the Lowe’s in Henderson. We had the most pleasant experience with a young man names Jhiquan, he was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the dept. He was in between stocking the shelves, assisting other employees and still answering our questions. I think he’s a supervisor if not he should be. Staff like this young man make us keep coming back to Lowe’s in Henderson. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

I’m in hardware stores all the time and it still takes me much more time than it does to take the people that pick orders. If you don’t wanna waste your time order online and pick up.
- CLChad LindemanJan 19, 20261.0If I could leave negative stars I would. “Kim” the assistant manager is the most unprofessional, rude, mean, person I have ever seen in my life. Something happened with our receipt at the end of our purchase. $445!!!! They removed the money from our account and kept all of our purchases. So because of there mess up we left Lowe’s with them keeping $445 of stuff for our home that came out of our account. Kim should be fired from Lowe’s immediately. I am a veteran and a Lowe’s member. Coorperate heard the way she was speaking to me.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
